Loch Ard Bridge
- Replacing an overwhelmed 2.5m diameter steel culvert from a flash flood in Loch Ard Forest near Aberfoyle for FLS.
- Replaced with a 9.5m single span bridge.
- 4m high, precast concrete abutments built using Legato concrete blocks.
- Galvanized steel beams and steel cross bracing supporting a timber deck and side rails.
- Road bridge access required for HGVs transporting construction plant machinery and for extracting timber.
